Every round commits to its shuffle before the deal and reveals the seed afterwards.

Seed hashes to the commitment—
Checkedin this browser
Before the deal the server publishes a commitment: the SHA-256 hash of a secret seed.
The shuffle is driven by an HMAC-SHA256 keystream over that seed, your own client seed and the round number, through an unbiased Fisher-Yates over a six-deck shoe.
After the round the seed is revealed.
Anyone can hash it, match the commitment, and deal the same 312 cards in the same order. If the commitment matches, the shuffle could not have been chosen after seeing the bet.
