Terms

v2 · 11 September 2026

Written to be understood rather than to be survived. If anything here is unclear, send /support in the bot and a person will answer.

Not legal advice, and not a licence. Real-money games may require one where you or your players are. These terms set out how Ace Up actually works; they do not make it lawful anywhere it is not.

Accepted before your first betPlayer terms

Shown in the bot with the 21+ confirmation. Stored with the time, your Telegram id, the version and the country of the network you connected from.

1The basics

2Money

You deposit SOL on Solana, or ETH on Robinhood Chain (an Ethereum layer 2, chain id 4663), to addresses we generate for you. A deposit is credited after it confirms on chain. Minimums: 0.005 SOL, 0.0005 ETH.

Send only the right asset on the right network. ETH sent on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum One or Base to your Robinhood Chain address is not credited automatically; contact support and we will try to recover it. Solana tokens other than SOL are not credited.

Balances are held per asset. We never convert between assets or to fiat.

You can withdraw at any time to an address you control, except that funds deposited in the last 60 minutes are held until that hour is up. Withdrawals under 0.5 SOL or 0.05 ETH per day are automatic; larger ones are reviewed, usually within two hours. Network fees are paid by us, not deducted from what you asked for.

Every withdrawal must be confirmed in the bot's DM. If you receive a confirmation you did not request, tap Cancel — that signs out all of your sessions.

3The games

Blackjack: 6 decks reshuffled every round, dealer hits soft 17, blackjack pays 3 to 2, double on hard 10 to 11 only; not after a split, split to two hands · aces get one card, insurance pays 2 to 1. Surrender is not offered. Side bets: Perfect Pairs and 21+3, with paytables printed on the Rules screen.

The Rules screen always shows the rules the game is actually running, and the house edge they produce. If we change a rule, that screen changes with it — it is generated from the same settings the dealer follows, not written out separately.

Every round is provably fair: we commit to a hashed server seed before any card is dealt and reveal the seed after the round, so you can rebuild the shoe and check every card yourself. The Fairness screen does it for you, in your own browser, and the public verifier does it without an account.

A hand left unfinished stands automatically and is settled. Closing the app does not cancel a bet.

Table limits, daily limits and maximum bets are shown before you bet and can change.

4Play responsibly

These games have a house edge. Over time the house wins. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

You can pause your own account for 1, 7, 30 or 90 days — from the Limits screen in the app, or with /pause in the bot. A pause cannot be undone early, by you or by us. Withdrawals stay open throughout.

A daily cap on the number of rounds applies to every account. Where a daily wager cap is configured for your account, it is shown on the Limits screen alongside what you have used.

If gambling is causing you harm, stop, and contact a local support service — begambleaware.org and gamblingtherapy.org are free and independent.

5Venues

Games in a Telegram group are run by Ace Up through a bot owned by that group's owner. The group owner earns a share of the house's results at their venue. They never see your balance or your withdrawals, and they cannot play at their own venue.

6Voice chat

Some tables let you talk to the other players. It is off until you switch it on, and switching it on is the only thing that opens your microphone.

Nothing is recorded. The audio goes directly between the players at your table and is never stored by us, which also means we cannot listen back to it. If someone is abusive, use Report at the table: we are told who was sitting there and when, and we act on that.

You can mute any player from their seat, for yourself, at any time. We may remove anyone from voice chat, or switch it off at a table or everywhere, without notice and without affecting anyone's balance or any hand in progress.

Everyone who can hear you is at your table. Do not say anything there you would not want the other players to know, and remember that they may be recording at their end even though we are not.

7Not affiliated

Ace Up is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc., the Solana Foundation, or Telegram. Robinhood Chain and Solana are public networks we use to move funds.

8Our rights

We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, multiple accounts, collusion, use of automation, or a breach of these terms. Balances that are not the proceeds of a breach remain withdrawable.

If a software error produces an obviously wrong result, we may correct the affected hands and balances, and we will tell you what changed.

We may change these terms with notice in the bot; playing after that notice is acceptance.

9Privacy

We store your Telegram id, username, language, the country of the network you connect from, your deposit addresses, your withdrawal addresses, and every hand you play. We do not sell this data. We share it only when the law requires.

10Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong-network deposits, mistyped withdrawal addresses, chain or Telegram outages, or your device or account being compromised. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the balance in your account.

Accepted before a venue is createdVenue owner agreement

Shown in the bot before your venue exists. Stored with the time, your Telegram id and the version.

1What you are agreeing to

You want to offer Ace Up games in a Telegram group or channel you control (your venue). Ace Up (we) provides the game, the money handling, the fairness system and the support. You provide the community and a bot of your own that we run the game through.

2Your bot

You create a bot in BotFather and give us its token. The token lets us send and receive messages as that bot. We use it only to run the game, post the venue card and results, and send game-related messages to players. We do not use it to message your members for anything else.

We store the token encrypted, never show it in any interface, and delete your message containing it from the chat.

You can rotate the token at any time by sending a new one. Revoking it in BotFather pauses your venue.

Your bot's name, photo and description are yours. The game screens show your venue's name and carry a small "Powered by Ace Up" line.

3Money

Players deposit and withdraw with us, not with you. You never hold player funds and never fund a bankroll. The house bankroll is ours.

Your share: 50 % of your venue's net house win, calculated per asset (SOL, and ETH on Robinhood Chain) per week, Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Net house win is all stakes taken at your tables minus all amounts paid back to players, including side bets and insurance.

If a week is negative, the loss carries forward: you earn nothing until your venue's cumulative net win is back above zero. You never owe us money.

Payouts are sent automatically every Monday to the payout address you set for each asset, when the amount is at least 0.02 SOL or 0.002 ETH. Smaller amounts accrue. Network fees are deducted from the payout.

Your percentage can only change for future periods, with notice in the bot. Closed periods never change.

We may withhold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion or a bug affecting the numbers, and we will tell you why.

4What you must not do

5What we may do

Pause or close your venue at any time if we suspect a breach, a legal problem, or a technical fault. Open hands always settle; players can always withdraw.

Change table limits, minimum bets and the maximum bet according to our bankroll rules.

Change these terms for future periods with 7 days' notice in the bot. Continuing to operate the venue after that is acceptance.

6Data

We see your Telegram id and username, the id and title of the chats you link, and every hand played at your venue. We share with you only aggregate numbers and the results announced in your group. We do not share player balances or withdrawal details with you.

7Liability

We provide the service as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, Telegram outages, chain outages, or losses from a compromised bot token that you shared with anyone else. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the last four weeks of payouts to you.

8Ending it

You can close your venue any time from the owner screen. We settle the current week, pay any positive balance above the threshold at the next Monday close, and remove the webhook from your bot. You can then delete or repurpose the bot.

Two corrections against the original draft, made because the draft described a product that does not exist:

— The draft said "late surrender returns half". Surrender is not offered in these rules and never has been. The text now says so.

— The draft said daily caps on wagers apply to every account. A daily round cap does; a wager cap is configurable and is not set for every account. The text now says what is actually true, and the Limits screen shows both.
